Kenetech provided project management, programming, and engineering for the Tioga Gas Plant expansion project. Control Systems were programmed and commissioned on a Honeywell Experion System and Safety Manager SIS system. Along with the programming, GAP provided startup and commissioning of the entire project. Units included high and low-pressure compressors, heat medium heaters, UOP Mole Sieve Dehy Beds and Regeneration system. GAP moved existing Logic Manager and Allen Bradley code to Honeywell’s Safety Manager. Then, they cutover old plant equipment on Honeywell TDC3000, Logic Manager and PLC’s to Honeywell Experion and Safety Manager.
